- Synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and techno-economic analysis into recommendations on the Megapack 3 roadmap, cost, and product tradeoffs.
- Help define and commercialize standardized configurations, including variants and specifications for global markets, customer applications, and grid codes.
- Support launch readiness and the technical content sales, delivery, and external stakeholders use to win and execute — positioning, performance and safety data, feature specifications, installation guides, and Independent Engineering inputs.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance on product changes, quality, ramp milestones, and decisions across production sites.
- Track regulatory, certification, and compliance requirements in key markets and flag gaps that affect the product or a launch.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 year(s) of experience in product management or in the energy industry, preferably in the energy storage technology space.
- A blend of engineering depth (electrical or mechanical) and commercial judgment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain a tradeoff clearly to engineering, commercial, and leadership audiences.
- Ability to run several workstreams at once, across many teams, and to pivot when priorities change.
- Knowledge of renewable energy policy, product safety, or compliance is a plus.
- Deep interest in how energy is generated, stored, and used on the electric grid.
- A bias for action: you propose the next step instead of waiting to be told what to do.
